Okay, so here’s the deal:
It starts on September 17th and ends on Nov 19th, just in time for Winter Holidays and Vacations.
So just for a minute consider something…

The challenge is very simple. There is actually nothing to review before the challenge starts.
Starts September 17th, Ends November 19th.
On Day 1, you will receive a practice and a lesson (on your phone) on how to perform that practice. You will continue working on your practice for 7-14 days building it into a habit.
On the last day, you will receive a new practice that you will work on for the next 7-14 days. We are going to stack one practice on the previous and by week 9 you will be doing all 7 practices like a rock star.
Each day you will receive a short, bite-sized lesson that reinforces your practice. It might explain the practice in more detail, teach you the “why” behind it, or even give you some simple tips that will help with implementation.
Read your lesson, then reap the rewards of a leaner, healthier you after just 9 weeks.
We have an ace up our sleeve to make sure you are successful: accountability.
Habit Catalyst have developed a way for us to be with you every day of the challenge. And it allows us to deliver lessons & know in real-time how well you are doing.
Each day, you will be asked a simple question. Did you do the practice you were supposed to do yesterday? Yes or No.
Once you have answered your question, you will be re-directed to the lesson for the day. Read the lesson now or come back to it later, it’s your choice.
Once you answer the question, that information gets delivered to me as your coach. You better believe if I don’t see you checking in or answering a couple no’s in a row, that I will be checking up on you.
How is that for accountability?
We are getting phenomenal results with this new program and members are learning how to change their habits and their lifestyle so their results actually stick.
Because, in the end, results are what you want, right? And results aren’t given, they are earned through daily practice!
This is not a quick fix. We are teaching you strategies for long term success.
