Elements Class will teach you:
• Proper warm–up techniques
• Calisthenics movement (jump rope, push-ups, pull-ups, rowing, jumping)
• Basic gymnastic movements
• Olympic Lifting
3. Start Regular Class, See the Schedule of CrossFit Classes Available.
Remember, CrossFit is scalable to anyone. If you can’t perform any one specific exercise, we will work with you through a progression of exercises, that will increase your ability and allow you to progress.
