Fit Kamp makes a perfect transition step into starting fitness and CrossFit, its the smallest commitment you can make, too see results!

Fit Kamp is designed around individuals of any fitness level!  Higher intensity shorter duration workouts get more results without getting burnt out. Workouts consist of running, rowing, kettle bells, body weight exercise and interval training.
