CrossFit is scalable to anyone. If you can’t perform any one specific exercise, we will work with you through a progression of exercises, that will increase your ability and allow you to progress.
Any Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm
2. Attend Two Other Fundamentals Classes
Held every Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:00am
Fundamentals Class will teach you:
• Proper warm–up techniques
• Calisthenics movement (Push Ups, Rowing, Jumping)
• Olympic Lifting
