2. Attend in person intro session!
At your phone call you will schedule a onsite intro session.
Try out Craft Fitness and learn why it works! Check out our great facilities, meet the coaches, learn proper technique, and understand why you want to be at Cedar Rapids CrossFit!
CrossFit is scalable to anyone. If you can’t perform any one specific exercise, we will work with you through a progression of exercises, that will increase your ability and allow you to progress.
3. Purchase a Craft Fitness Membership
Sign up for a membership and start your on-boarding process with your coach!
