WHEN: Friday, September 2, 2011. 8:30pm – 1a.m.
WHO: The public, adults 18+ are invited to run and engage in the quad-pull; all are welcome for other festivities.
FEES: The 5K is only $25 until August 28, 2011 and includes a free T-shirt. Day of registration is $28. The weighted quad-pull contest is $15. Parking is free.
EVENTS: Activities include pull up contest, a ninja costume contest, ninja break dancers, a weighted quad-pull and Midnight 5K Race.
RUNNERS: are encouraged to wear reflective apparel, carry flashlights and/or have hats with lights.
LOCATION: New Bohemia District Corner of 8th Ave & 2nd St SE in Cedar Rapids, IA (Same location as the BBQ Roundup, across from Casey’s and the new Federal Building)
