WHEN: Friday, August 31, 2012. 10:00pm – 1a.m.
WHO: The public, adults 18+ are invited to run and engage in the quad-pull; all are welcome for other festivities.
FEES: The 5K is only $25 until August 30, 2011 and includes a free T-shirt. Day of registration is $30. Parking is free.
EVENTS: Activities include Pull up contest, ninja costume contest, Ninja obstacle course and Midnight 5K Race.
RUNNERS: are encouraged to wear reflective apparel, carry flashlights and/or have hats with lights.
LOCATION: New Bohemia District Corner of 8th Ave & 2nd St SE in Cedar Rapids, IA (Same location as the BBQ Roundup, across from Casey’s and the new Federal Building)
